Event photo sharing by QR code, no app needed

No app. No account. Nothing disappears.

Guests scan a QR code and add photos, videos and guestbook messages from their phone’s browser. The photos play live on the big screen, and you keep the lot.

Built in the UK, for UK celebrations. Priced in pounds, run under UK law, and serious about guest safety: every photo is checked before it is shown, and we report what the law says we must. Your memories stay in the UK.

How it works for guests

Three steps, and none of them is downloading an app.

1. Scan the table card
The host puts a card or beermat with the event’s QR code on every table. Guests point their phone’s camera at it and the event opens.
2. Add photos, videos or a message
Straight from the phone’s browser, with no app to download and no account to make. Guests can sign the guestbook too.
3. See it on the big screen
The live slideshow on the venue’s screen fills itself as photos and videos arrive, all evening.

What you keep

When the day is over, everything your guests added comes home with you.

Every photo, in one download
One ZIP of every photo at full display size, cleaned of camera and location data.
The guestbook as a PDF
Every approved message, typeset and ready to print or keep.
A highlight reel
A video slideshow of your best-loved photos, to send round the family.
A word cloud
The words your guests used most in the guestbook, as a picture to share.

Keepsakes come with every paid plan.

Watch how it works on YouTube

Nothing reaches your screen unchecked

The part of your day you should never have to think about — so we thought about it for you.

Every photo checked automatically

Each upload is screened the moment it arrives. Anything questionable waits quietly for you instead of appearing on the big screen.

You stay in control

Review only what needs a second look, or choose to approve everything yourself. Hide any moment from the gallery with a single tap.

Private by default

Location data is stripped from every photo and video before it is ever shown, and your gallery is only ever seen by the people you share it with.

Your photos are yours to keep

Every photo from your event, in one ZIP at full size, whenever you want it. The full guarantee is written down on the pricing page.

One-click full archive

Download every photo from your event as a single ZIP, straight from your dashboard, at full display size (up to 4096px on the longest edge). Included with every paid plan.

An event's archive stays available for 5 years after the event.
