Read what the film shows
"Every gathering has a story. Everyone there holds a piece of it."
A wedding. A guest scans the code on the table card for Amara & Josh and the couple's page opens on the phone, with no app and no account. At the kiss, phones rise all along the aisle: "Every guest saw it differently." At the reception the photos play on the venue's screen: "Live on the big screen."
A farewell. Mourners walk to a chapel in the rain: "Some gatherings are quieter." The order of service carries a code, and the family's page reads "Remembering Margaret": "One private place to gather their photos." An old seaside print joins the new photos: "Old prints and new photos, side by side." In the Book of Memories, her grandson Tom writes from the gathering, and Aunt Jean from Toronto.
A festival. Codes on the flight cases and the passes backstage: "Backstage to the back of the field." Cameras flash at the drop. Out in the crowd the signal goes, and the phone keeps the photos until it comes back: "When the signal drops, your photos wait." "Every photo is checked before it's shown."
A house party, a birthday in the kitchen: "Turn the night into a game." The scavenger hunt's missions and leaderboard: "Missions, points and a leaderboard." Quotes from the night go up on the Quote Board.
Sunday dinner at Nan's, seen from above: "Some nights are just dinner. They count too." A phone on the table holds "Photos from everyone at the table", and the Quote Board: "Nan's roast potatoes are the best in the world", from Mum, for Alfie (7). Then a toast: "Your story, told by everyone at the table."
Afterwards: "Afterwards, keep the lot." The keepsakes: the guestbook, the Book of Memories, the highlight reel, the word cloud and the thank-you card. Every photo from every scene gathers into the Mosaikin mark, and the film ends on "No app. No account." and mosaikin.app.
The people, names and messages in the film are fictional. It has no speech; the sound is its own music.
How it works for guests
1. Scan the table card
2. Add photos, videos or a message
3. See it on the big screen
Read what the film shows
"Everyone has a camera. Most of those moments are never seen again."
A guest scans the code: "Scan. No app. No account." Then "Photo, video, or from your library", and the photos go "Live on the big screen. Everyone sees it as it happens."
On the screen: reactions, pinned favourites, voice notes and a scavenger hunt. Guests' notes appear beside the photos: "Half these photos I didn't know existed." (Kipper) and "I'll never forget this one now." (Scott).
Host-only notes, which only the hosts see. This one is shared with Caroline's permission: "Thank you for having us all. Best week in years."
"Together, a story." Afterwards, it is yours to keep. From the guestbook: "Half these photos I didn't know existed." (Kipper), "I'll never forget this one now." (Scott), "The food. The nights out. All of it." (Alice) and "Everything we captured, from every angle." (Dan).
Weddings, parties and work events: three templates, and the guestbook adapts. Every photo is screened before it is shown; only the odd one waits for the host. "Kept for years, not months."
One place for the hosts, up to five moderators, everything in one download. For venues and planners: your brand on every screen, our engine underneath, and event credits for teams running many events.
The film ends on "Mosaikin. Your story, told by everyone you love." and mosaikin.app. It has no speech; the sound is its own music.
