Party photo sharing: birthdays, hen dos, the lot. Scan, snap, done
Mosaikin is party photo sharing in one shared album. Guests scan a QR code and add photos and videos from their phone’s browser, with no app and no account. Everything lands in one gallery and a slideshow can run on the telly. Plus £25 keeps the lot, with room for 500 photos. Starting is free.
Built in the UK, for UK celebrations. Run under UK law, with safeguarding built in as standard: every photo is checked before it is shown, and we report what the law says we must. You keep the lot, and share it as and when you like in a digital guestbook and album.
How do I set up a shared party album?
- Create the event: a name, a date and the Social Gathering template.
- Share the QR code or the link in the group chat, on a poster or on the cake table.
- Guests add photos from the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Hand the queue to a mate. Plus includes 2 moderators, so someone else can keep an eye on the photos while you enjoy the party. A bigger do, a wedding-sized guest list or a weekend of events steps up to Premium £89.
Does it work for an 18th, 21st, 40th or 50th?
Yes, and for the rest of the calendar too. A milestone birthday, a hen or stag weekend across three venues, a baby shower or a christening lunch all work the same way: one event, one album, one link, and everyone adds to it wherever they are. Party photo sharing for a birthday, a hen do or a baby shower walks through it.
Use it the same way for the family gatherings that come round every year: each one gets its own album, instead of its photos ending up scattered across a dozen phones. See one album for a family gathering.
What can guests do besides upload photos?
- The Quote Board: guests post a memory, a quote or a joke, and can leave the host a private note.
- A scavenger hunt: a list of moments to capture, each worth points, with a leaderboard. The Party & Birthday and New Year’s Eve sets apply in one click, or write your own (“Selfie with the DJ”). Need ideas? Twelve photo scavenger hunt ideas.
- A live slideshow on any screen with a browser, updating as photos arrive.
- Likes: guests heart their favourites, and the host’s dashboard shows the most-loved moments.
Is it safe to put the photos on the big screen?
Yes. Every photo and message passes a safety check before it appears, and anything the check is unsure about waits for the host. Location data is stripped from every photo. The host can hide or delete anything, and a guest can send a photo to the host alone by switching off Make photo public.
Guests can also download a ZIP of the originals they uploaded themselves, from Your photos on the gallery. See Can I download the photos I took?.
Tempted to leave it to the group chat? A WhatsApp group or Mosaikin sets out where each one is the better tool.

Questions people ask
Is party photo sharing free?
Creating an event is free and the free plan includes up to 30 photos, kept for a limited time. Most parties are on Plus £25: one payment for that event, with no subscription, and room for up to 500 photos.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link and use their phone’s browser. Guests are not asked for an email address or a password.
Can I use it for a hen party, a baby shower or a weekend away?
Yes. One event holds the whole occasion, even a trip across several venues: share the link once and everyone adds to the same album wherever they are.
Can guests add videos?
Yes. Videos in MP4, MOV or WebM up to 50 MB each go into the same gallery as the photos.
What if someone posts something they should not?
Everything is checked before it appears, the host can hide or delete any photo, and anyone can report a photo from the gallery without an account.
