How to make your sign

  1. Paste your link

Use the address you want guests to open: a Mosaikin event, a shared album or your wedding website.

  2. Pick a style and a size

Classic, Evening or Minimal, as an A4 or A5 sign or a folding table card. Add your names if you like.

  3. Print it

Save a PDF to print at home or at a print shop, or download a PNG. Scan the printed code with your own phone before the day.

Questions about wedding QR code signs

Is the wedding QR code sign maker really free?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark beyond a small "Made with Mosaikin" line, and no limit on how many signs you make.

What link can I put in the QR code?

Any web address that starts with https://: a shared album, your wedding website, a Mosaikin event link or a playlist. The code opens exactly the address you paste.

Do you keep my link or my names?

No. The sign is drawn in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us or stored anywhere. Close the page and it is gone.

How do I print it as a PDF?

Choose "Print or save as PDF", pick "Save as PDF" as the printer and print at actual size (100%). A4 and A5 print on their own paper size; the table card prints on A5 and folds in half.

How big should the QR code be?

On an A4 sign the code is about 6.5 cm across, which phones read from more than a metre away. Keep it at least 3 cm across on anything smaller, and test it with your own phone before the day.

Will the QR code stop working?

The code itself never expires: it simply contains your link. It keeps working for as long as the page it points to stays online.

How is this different from a Mosaikin event?

The sign points wherever you like. A Mosaikin event gives you the link too: guests scan, add photos and notes from the browser with no app, and you keep everything in one place afterwards.
