The access code is not working — what should I check?

Access codes ignore capitals but nothing else; the usual causes are a typo or a code for a different event.

The code is not case-sensitive, so capitals do not matter. Everything else does. Check for a space pasted on the end, a zero typed as a letter O, and that you are on the right event — a code only opens the event it belongs to.

A private gallery works the same way for guests as a code-protected one: it opens once you have joined with the event’s code, and the link on its own shows nothing. If the right code for the right event still will not open it, ask the host — only they can check the event’s settings.

Codes come from the host, never from us — we cannot look one up or send you one.
