No — ownership cannot be moved between accounts, but you can add the other person as a moderator so they can help.

No. An event belongs to the account that created it, and there is no way to hand it over. That is a genuine limitation rather than a setting hidden somewhere.

What you can do instead is add the other person as a moderator, which lets them see everything and work the moderation queues. What they cannot do is change the event’s settings, pay for it, delete it, or download the archive and keepsakes.
