Can a guest buy a printed keepsake?

Yes, when the host switches it on: a Printed keepsakes card appears on the gallery, the guest pays Stripe for the print and delivery, and the order is theirs, with its own page reached from their emails.

For guests. If the gallery shows a Printed keepsakes from this event card, the host has let guests order. Press Order printed, choose how many, tick the made-to-order acknowledgement and pay with Stripe, where you also enter your email and a UK delivery address. You do not need an account: the order is tied to the join session on your phone and to the email you give Stripe.

Once Stripe confirms the payment you land on your order's own page, and every email about the order links back to that page. The link carries a key that opens the page; keep the emails, because the page has no sign-in. If the card is not on the gallery, the host has not switched guest ordering on, and only the host can order prints for the event.

For hosts. On your event's Sharing tab, Let guests order prints switches the card on or off. Guests pay for their own prints and the prints are posted to them; your plan is unchanged and you are not charged. Only products the catalogue offers to guests appear, printed in the classic design with your event's QR code. Turning the switch off removes the card at once; orders already paid for are still made and posted.

What a guest can see

A guest sees their own order and nothing else: not the host's orders, and not other guests'. The host sees their own orders under Printed orders; a guest's order is not listed there, because it is the guest's, paid for by them and posted to them.
