How do I upgrade an event?

From the Keepsakes or Overview tab, pay by card through secure checkout, or redeem an activation key — either way the event upgrades at once.

The upgrade prompt is on your event dashboard, on the Keepsakes tab and beside anything that needs a paid plan. Two ways to do it:

• Pay by card through secure checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider — card details never reach Mosaikin.
• Redeem an activation key, if you were given one. See What is an activation key?.

Either way the event is upgraded straight away: the larger allowance, the archive download and the rest are available on the next page load, with nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
