What is the highlight reel, and how do I make one?
An MP4 slideshow built from your best-liked public photos; it needs at least three published photos and takes a minute or two.
The highlight reel compiles your event’s photos into an MP4 video with gentle panning — the thing to send round the family or play at the end of the night. Start it from the Keepsakes tab; it takes a minute or two and the page tells you when it is ready.
It selects from photos that are public and published. Photos you pinned lead the selection, and guests’ likes shape the rest.
It needs at least three photos
With fewer than three published public photos the compilation fails and says so. If it fails on an event that clearly has plenty, check whether they are hidden, private or still waiting in the approval queue.
You can regenerate it later — after approving more photos, or after a tidy-up — and the new version replaces the old.
