How do I add my logo, and where will guests see it?
Upload a PNG or JPEG under Logo on the Settings tab on any plan; it appears on the invitation page and on host-branded posters and leaflets once it has passed its check, on plans that include your own branding.
On the Settings tab, under Logo, tap Add your logo and choose a PNG or JPEG. Only those two are accepted, because a logo is not converted the way a cover photo is: a PNG stays a PNG, so a transparent background stays transparent. You then crop it: drag to choose what shows and zoom with the slider or a pinch, or zoom out to keep the whole mark. What you see in the frame is what is saved.
Your logo goes through the same cleaning and content check as every photo, and nothing prints it or shows it to a guest until that check finishes — usually within a minute. It is not one of your guests’ photos, it never appears in the gallery, and it does not count towards your photo allowance.
Any host can upload a logo and see it in Settings. Where it appears depends on your event’s plan:
- On a plan that includes your own branding — the host-branded poster and the host-branded leaflet print it, and the invitation page shows it at the top, where the Mosaikin logo would otherwise sit. The Print Shop names the plans that include the host-branded poster.
- On a white-label plan — as well as those, your logo takes the Mosaikin logo’s place at the top of the page guests land on, the join page and the gallery, and Mosaikin’s own logo and footer are left off.
- On any other plan — the logo is saved, and guests see the Mosaikin logo until you upgrade.
The Print Shop’s host-branded design has a logo control of its own, but it is the same logo: change it in either place and both follow. Change logo replaces the old one, which is deleted. Remove logo takes it away, and every page and print goes back to how it looks without one.
The colour beside it
The Event Branding colour, just below the logo on the Settings tab, is the accent that goes with it: the band across the top of the invitation page, its button when the button’s words stay easy to read on that colour, and the accent on the host-branded poster and both leaflets.
