Can I upload a video?

Yes — MP4, MOV or WebM up to 50 MB, uploaded in resumable chunks so a dropped connection does not restart it.

Yes. Use the same buttons as for photos and pick a clip — video is not a separate upload screen and is not restricted to particular events.

A clip must be under 50 MB. A file over that is refused as you pick it, before anything is sent, so you are not left watching a doomed upload. Trimming the clip in your phone’s own photos app is usually enough.

Videos are uploaded in chunks rather than in one go, so a connection that drops at 90% resumes rather than starting again. In the gallery a video shows a still frame taken from the clip, and plays when tapped.
