How do I ask for my photo or message to be removed?

A photo you uploaded: remove it yourself from Your photos, for 30 days. Otherwise ask the host, or use the report link on the item; hosts can also delete their whole account and everything in it themselves.

If it is a photo you uploaded, the quickest route is your own: open Your photos in the event and tap Remove. It works for 30 days from the phone you uploaded with, and it removes the photo for everyone, for good — see Can I delete a photo I uploaded?.

Otherwise the quickest route is the host: they can remove any photo or message from their dashboard immediately.

If you would rather not go through the host — or you do not know them — use the Report link on the item itself. It reaches the host’s review queue without you needing an account.

If you are a host, deleting your account from Account Settings erases everything with it: your events, every photo and message in them, the stored files, and your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone, which is why it asks you to confirm with your password or by typing your email address.

Your rights over your data

Erasure, access and the rest are set out in the Privacy Notice, which names how to make a request and what we must do about it. Please use that route for anything formal rather than this page.
