How do I get guests into my event?

Share the QR code, the gallery link or the invitation page — guests need no account and nothing to install.

Four routes, and most hosts use two of them:

• The QR code. From the Overview tab, View QR shows it and downloads it as a PNG. Put it on table cards, the order of service, the back of a name badge.
• A printed poster. Design Poster builds an A4 PDF with your event name and QR code, in the design you choose, ready for a print shop.
• The gallery link. On the Sharing tab, copy and send it by message or email.
• The invitation page. A shareable page with the date, the place, an “Add to calendar” button, a one-tap link into the event and a form for guests to tell you whether they are coming — the one to send in advance.

Whichever they use, guests need no account, no password and no app. If the gallery is protected they will be asked for the access code, so send that alongside the link.
