Which browsers and phones does Mosaikin work on?

Any reasonably current phone or desktop browser — Safari 16.4 and Chrome 111 onwards — with no app to install.

Mosaikin runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on any device. The floor is Safari 16.4 and Chrome 111 and their equivalents — in practice, an iPhone or Android phone that has had a system update in the last couple of years.

On an older browser the photo preparation step may not work, and uploads can fail with “Format not supported” on files that would otherwise be fine. Updating the browser, or using a different phone, fixes it.
