What is an activation key, and where do I use it?

An activation key is a code that upgrades an event without a card payment. Wedding planners, venues and partners are issued them to pass on to their clients.

On the event you want to upgrade, open the upgrade panel, choose Have an activation key?, and enter it. The event is upgraded immediately.

A key applies to the one event you redeem it on — it cannot be moved afterwards, so redeem it on the right event. Keys are issued by Mosaikin; we cannot generate one on request, and a key you were given by a third party is theirs to replace if it does not work.
