Can I cancel or return a printed order?

Prints are made to order with your event's artwork, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply; contact us quickly and we will stop an order that has not reached the printer.

Printed keepsakes are personalised: they carry your event's name, QR code and design, and are made for your order alone. That is why, before you pay, you tick a box confirming the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them. The refund policy is the authority on this; this article only explains what happens in practice.

If you change your mind, contact us straight away with the order reference. While an order is still Preparing or Ready to print we can stop it and refund you in full. Once it shows With the printer or later, it is being made and we can no longer stop it.

If you left the payment page without paying, there is nothing to cancel: the order shows Awaiting payment, nothing was charged, and it is cancelled on its own after a while.
