How long do I have to download my photos?
An event’s archive stays available for a stated period after the event, and downloading your own copy sooner is the advice we would rather give.
An event’s archive stays available for 5 years after the event.
We would still rather you took your own copy early. The archive is one click and one file, and a copy in your own hands does not depend on us being here — which is exactly the point of offering it.
Free events are kept for less time
A free event is kept for six months after the event date, as the Host Terms set out. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before a free gallery is due to be removed, your dashboard shows the date, and upgrading it stops that.
