How do I order printed keepsakes?

Pick a design on your event's Keepsakes tab, press Order printed, choose how many, tick the made-to-order acknowledgement and pay with Stripe; we post it to a UK address.

1. Open your event in the dashboard and go to the Keepsakes tab. Prints that are on sale show Order printed on their card; a product that is not yet on sale shows no order button.
2. Choose the design from the examples. The order prints the design you have chosen, with your event's QR code and join address on it.
3. Press Order printed. Choose how many packs you want; the summary shows the packs, UK delivery and the total.
4. Tick the box confirming you understand the items are personalised for your event and made to order. The order cannot start without it.
5. Pay with Stripe on the next page, where you also enter the delivery address. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Once Stripe confirms the payment you land on the order's own page, which shows where it is. You can find it again at any time under Printed orders in your account settings. If you leave the payment page without paying, nothing is charged and the order is cancelled after a while.
