Where is my printed order?

Each order has its own page under Printed orders in your account settings, showing whether it is being prepared, with the printer, posted or delivered.

Open Printed orders in your account settings and choose the order. Its page shows what you ordered, the delivery address and where it has got to.

• Preparing: your payment has been received and we are making the print files.
• Ready to print and With the printer: the files are done and the order has gone to the printer.
• Printing: the printer is producing it.
• Posted: it is in the post. When the printer gives us tracking, Track your parcel appears on the order page.
• Delivered: it has arrived.
• Needs attention: something went wrong while we prepared it. We can see it and will contact you about a reprint or a refund; you do not need to do anything.

Delivery times depend on the printer and the post, so the page tells you the stage rather than a date. If an order has shown With the printer for longer than you expected, contact us with the order reference from the top of its page.
