Someone reported content at my event — what do I do?
Open the reported-content queue, deal with the item, and record your reasons; the reporter is told the outcome if they left contact details.
Reports appear in the reported-content queue on your dashboard, with illegal content shown first. Each report shows what was reported, the reason given, and whether the reporter left contact details.
You then either mark it Actioned — having removed or hidden the content — or Rejected, meaning the content stays. Both require you to write your reasons, because a reporter who is told “no” is entitled to know why.
Deal with it promptly
What you must do with reported content, and how quickly, is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and the Host Terms. Those documents govern; this page only explains where the buttons are.
