What is in the photo archive I can download?
Every photo on the event as one ZIP, at full display size, cleaned of camera metadata, with anything missing named inside the file.
One ZIP containing every photo on the event — not only the public ones — at full display size, up to 4096 pixels on the longest edge. Files are named after the guest and their original filename, and two guests uploading the same filename do not overwrite each other.
The photos in it are the cleaned versions: re-encoded, with camera metadata including location removed. That is the same protection your guests were given when they uploaded, carried through to your copy.
If anything could not be included, the ZIP says so
A file called MISSING-PHOTOS.txt is added inside the archive naming each one. An archive that omits something and tells you is a different thing from one that omits something quietly, and a download that fails part-way breaks visibly rather than ending in a truncated ZIP that looks complete.
The archive is included with every paid plan and is on the first screen of your event dashboard, not buried in a menu.
