How do I print a poster or a QR code for my event?
Overview has View QR for a PNG download and Design Poster for a ready-to-print A4 PDF in the design you choose.
- View QR shows your event’s QR code and downloads it as a PNG. Use it in your own designs — an order of service, a table card, a slide.
- Design Poster opens the Print Shop, which builds a finished A4 PDF with your event name, the QR code and the event’s short web address. Classic and Evening are on every plan. Host-branded — your own headline, message and name, your accent colour and your logo — comes with some plans, and the Print Shop says which.
The poster is a vector PDF, so it scales cleanly: A4 on an office printer and A2 at a print shop both come out sharp.
The access code on a protected or private gallery
The poster takes care of it: the code is printed under the web address, and the poster’s QR code carries it, so a guest who scans the poster goes straight in. The plain QR code from View QR does not carry it — if you use that one in your own design, print the code beside it.
