I cannot sign in — what should I try?

Check you are using the address you signed up with, reset your password from the sign-in page, and remember guests do not sign in at all.

1. Check the address. Signing up with Google and then trying to sign in with a different email is the commonest cause. Try the Google button.
2. Reset the password from the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page. This is also how a Google-only account gets its first password.
3. Check for a pending email change. If you started changing your address and did not confirm both links, the old address is still the live one.
4. Are you meant to be signing in at all? Guests never do. If you are trying to see someone else’s gallery, you want their link or QR code.
