How do I see who is coming?

Replies to your invitation page appear on the Sharing tab, with totals and a CSV download, and a morning email lists any new ones.

Guests reply on your invitation page. The replies are on your event’s Sharing tab, in the RSVPs card under the invitation:

  • Totals — how many guests are coming, how many replies you have had, and how many can’t come.
  • Each reply, newest first — the name, coming or not, how many people and any note. Show more loads older ones.
  • Download CSV — every reply as a spreadsheet file, for a seating plan or a caterer.
  • Delete — removes one reply for good, after you confirm. Use it when a guest asks you to, or to tidy away a duplicate.

Only you, as the event owner, can see the replies. Your moderators cannot, and neither can guests. A guest cannot change a reply once it is sent, so someone whose plans change usually replies again or tells you; delete the reply you no longer want.

A morning email of new replies

Each morning at about 8am UK time, you get one email per event listing the replies that arrived since the last one. It is sent only on days with new replies, never once per reply, and only to your account’s email address. To stop it, turn off Email me a daily summary of RSVPs under Notifications in Account Settings.

Mosaikin deletes replies six months after your event, or six months after the reply if it came later. A CSV you download, or an email in your inbox, is your own copy, and looking after it is up to you.
